I read yesterday the judge said 'too bad/so sad' but it's state prison for all three of them.

A judge also required that Travis McMichael, 36, Greg McMichael, 66, and William “Roddie” Bryan, 52, serve their sentences in state prison, not federal prison as had been requested by their attorneys.

I'll bet the dad feels bad. Talk about ruining his sons life.

But I'm doubtful he actually feels bad about killing Arbery. He feels bad they're suffering the consequences of his own actions.

The national evening news last evening had a filmed piece on him apologizing to Arbery's family. I doubt his apology was sincere (and the judge probably thought that too). His apology was probably before the judge told him he, his son and the other guy would do their time in a state prison.
