It's nowhere near correct for Colorado. Any Colorado fan hates Nebraska with a passion. While I not a fan of Oklahoma, I've never hated Oklahoma.
Iowa fans dislike Nebraska. I don't know who Iowa State hates any more.

I'm in the West Virginia Panhandle, but have lived in all 3 states. I grew up in Baltimore, moved to West Virginia after graduation. My kids were born there. After marriage, we moved to Virginia where the schools were better. I still hate Virginia. I would choose West Virginia until retirement. For retirement, I would choose Eastern Shore,MD. Technically, I would choose South Carolina - but my DH has health issues which requires access to good Healthcare. So I choose Maryland for him.

As a native Californian, I'm disappointed that more states don't hate California. Plus, Californians are really too busy doing our own thing to waste time hate any other state, Texas included. I guess Hawaii has the right idea ... Or is it New Jersey? I do like the simplicity of just hating all the other states.

IDK, hate is kind of a strong word... I know Illinoisians make fun of Indiana and Wisconsin but it's not exactly 'hate'. I'd say I mostly get a "they are really backwards there" when it comes to Indiana or maybe it's more of a "they willingly choose to live in the dark ages". Wisconsin seems to be mostly about sports team rivalry and Wisconsin's reputation for dairy (aka cheese). Hate seems kind of a strong word to me.
I admit I have little experience beyond my densely populated concrete and steel stomping grounds... so I could be way off.
(I do find it kind of terrifying when I think about living somewhere were there are no street lights and my closest neighbor requires a car or some vehicle to get to in a reasonable amount of time. So, yeah, I don't want to live in the country - it sounds very scary to me.)

I think it's made up with no basis, it says illinois hates indiana, like we ever even remember they are there! If I was going to think of a state to hate, ind woudn't even enter my head. why does sc hate ohio  Everyone west hates cali? seems like someone is just making it up based on silliness. |
