That was me when I went back to the gym. Workouts that I did easily are now super hard and make me sore.

My youngest started travel soccer camp 3 weeks ago, each week has been 3 days of practice. This week Thursday got rained out, so they are making it up Sat 11 to 1...... normally it was 1.5 hours each day, guess they are adding on interest? Next week it goes to 2 days a week practice and games start next weekend. She has a games almost every weekend until early Nov.... I think we have 2 weekends off. Not sure I am ready for this. First year on the travel team instead of rec. I am proud she made the travel team, (this was the first year she was old enough to try out for it), but seriously feeling a little overwhelmed as a mama.

DS had his first practice this morning at 7. DH took him and I’m now at work. I will check after work.

MM started cross country practice this afternoon after a very lazy summer. He used to have really good endurance, but he looked like he was gonna hurl when I picked him up. I think he's fine now.

The kids start dance and gym this week. Curious how they are going to do. We make them do daily walks and they ride their bikes but a large part of 2020 was spent parked on the couch.
I can't talk though. Everyone's fitness took a nose dive. We're slowly coming out of it.

The kids and I were getting into a good running routine but haven't figured out how to continue it with school. Hard to get out before school, hot in the afternoons, then still hit in the evenings and timing dinner is difficult.
