I’d be able to sing I’d be taller, more specifically I’d have longer legs. I’d be a morning person.

1. I'd be able to deal with tedium/stupid things
2. I'd have trusted my gut in my 20s. 3. I would no longer be wired to be a rule follower/black and white thinker.

1. I'd never have stopped painting and drawing. 2. I'd be more politically astute in workplaces. 3. I would not procrastinate so thoroughly.

I’d be thinner and continued dieting when in my 40’s and 50’s. I’d like to have more patience. I’d have more courage. I’ve always been a rule follower and wish I hadn’t.

1) pre-baby weight (my babies are 26-30yo) 2) 20/20 uncorrected vision 3) saved for absence of any future degenerative disease I liked Still Moving Forward's properly working immune system - My Thyroid is gone, and it causes me all kinds of issues (weight and digestive), and I do not have the physical stamina I used to have. If I up my dose of Synthroid, I end up with digestive issues, so I only have so much flexibility. I think the Weigh issues and my digestive issues go hand in hand . My pre-baby weight was 123. If I could get there again =15 lbs, I would be happy. Even with my Thyroid gone, and exercising, I was there before the pandemic. I am having trouble getting back on track. My Gym has a different schedule for classes and I recently injured my foot. I also seem to be eating a lot more than I used to. Sigh. 2) 20/20 uncorrected vision would be wonderful. My eyes are too dry to tolerate contacts anymore and I hate glasses. 3). I live in fear of dementia/Alzheimer's. I just feel like I am more forgetful than ever before. I just don't retain things like I used to. Even though the Dr's told us my Dad did not have Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS, Lou Gehrig’s disease), that is what they listed as his cause of death on his death certificate. By the time Dad passed, he was pretty much paralyzed. I don't want to live like that, and I don't want to burden my family like that. My parents had better pension/health insurance than we will have in retirement. I just that is not part of our future.

1. I would not be socially awkward. 2. I would have some sort of talent -- music, art, dancing, just something (I do/have done all of those things but I do them badly no matter how hard I work at it). 3. I really would like not to be socially awkward. Really. That would be enough.

Be thinner (and or go back in time and not gain Covid weight and 2003 on call from hell weight) Be braver and have more faith
What I am going to do is go for my performance dreams as best I can. (I have some new ideas I hope to implement in the next month or so)

1) I'd like to be taller, have a different shape, and have thicker hair. 2) I'd like to not be so judgmental. 3) I'd like to not be so shallow that I focus on number 1, with the exception of being taller.

At one point mine was super overactive and I was having “unexplained weight loss” which was awesome btw. Unfortunately doctor had to correct it due to heart issues. I also gained back all the weight plus some. After surgery (partial removal) my thyroid hormones are now “surprisingly normal” but weight won’t go away.

Certain medical conditions or psych meds can play havoc on your weight. And its often big numbers like 50, 100 lbs. usually on the gain side. I hope you love yourself as beautiful. even if your body can't return to what you want or what society would prefer.

I am only about 10-15 lbs over where I want to be. Rn, I just need to get back to exercising 3x a week and diet a bit. I need to take off the 10 lbs I gained. I am only 5'2 so 10 lbs extra is a lot, and they don't make clothes to fit Short and Round. I think the exercise also gives you something to focus on/feel good about other than everyday things like work/bills/cleaning. I laugh at myself all the time when I am doing sit ups or push ups in class. When I was in Middle School and High School, I naively thought once I finished my last gym class I would never have to exercise again. Here I am trying to complete my reps of Situps and Push ups and doing planks etc. RBG is my idol. She was in such good shape- I think she had better form in her 80's than I do in my late 50's. I had my Foot x-rayed this am, and it is not broken, so apparently my ligaments are stretched or something. I will try to go to my class tomorrow and begin to get back on track. My Thyroid was removed about 15 years ago, so I have been living with this for a long time.

1. I would stop people from interfering in my life in numerous ways from candid photos to malicious gossip.
2. I would eliminate social anxiety/awkwardness in order to be more outgoing.
3. I would rapidly grow my investments.
