Vlasic Pickles (for smiles)

I was having some ham and pickles (and green onion and cream cheese) -because, well WFH and  I was craving something "savory".   

So, I notice the pickle jar lid has an image of a cartoon bird saying "Now that's one Crunchy Pickle!"  which I heard with a Groucho Marx voice.   And I thought  ha! Groucho but  why would a bird be a mascot for pickles?  and then the light bulb went off:   It's a Stork.  Storks deliver babies to pregnant women.  And pregnant women crave pickles (and ice cream).    

I think I vaguely remember some advertisements where the Vlasic Stork delivers a jar of pickles.    I smiled.

And this then made me think of the Dumbo movie, when the stork is delivering baby to Mrs. Jumbo! Thanks for smiles, how did you know I needed them?
