I'm having trouble figuring out I need to do from the Norton help.
I have a PC protected by Norton 360 (it says I have 5 licenses and I'm using 1) it renews in November 2021 - older original service/subscription I have a Laptop protected by Norton Deluxe (its says I am using 1 license) it renews in May 2021. newer 2017 subscription when I bought and set up/turned on the Laptop (The laptop may have come with a "free" one year subscription to Norton. I was in a weird mental place in 2017 and just wanted the laptop to work no matter what the cost so I just went with what the Laptop said to do as it setup).
I let the subscription just renew the last couple of years because it was "easy" and March/April/May are weird months for me (lots of other stressful stuff happens this time of year) and $100 for Norton was/is the least of my troubles/worries at this time of year.
This year - I'm less stressed and am willing to deal with this possible mess (and expense).
There you know the history of this.
Here's what's got me scratching my head:
I'm thinking I should just have ONE Norton service/subscription that I pay for that will cover/protect both my PC and my Laptop. I don't need 2 subscriptions.
I'm thinking I should be able to get the Laptop to use one of the licenses from the Norton 360 and then I should be able to cancel the Norton Deluxe subscription (which renews in May). I realize I may need to remove and then re-install Norton on my Laptop.
Does this sound right? That I should be able to use the Norton 360 for both devises and only have ONE renewal cost (in November 2021) rather than 2 separate subscriptions and separate payment for each device?

Just circling back to this... Using the "Chat" when logged into my Norton account - was enough to get the issue solved. My two subscriptions were joined into one (and days added to the subscription I would use going forward). All of my devices are "protected" and I should only have to pay for one 'subscription' in the future. That was easier than I thought which makes me think I will have some problems/issues anyway at some point in the near future.
