Hello everybody.
I had been on Unemployment since March 2020 and had not received any paper work to take to my accountant yet.
I had been reading online but everything is very complicated and contradictory.
I don’t understand what to do.
If anybody can please point me into a right direction - I appreciate your help.

I would think your accountant could help you with this. Have you asked them? They may have other clients who have experienced the same problem? Just a thought!

In my state unless you explicitly asked for them to mail it to you (and I have no idea where/how you were to do that) you can only get that info online somewhere in the UE portal of your state. I bet it's the same in your state.
