DON'T FILE paper 2020 tax returns

If you can avoid it.  Evidently there are still 2019 paper filings that have not been opened or processed.  So to get a quicker reply or whatever, e-file if possible?

I saw that and I'm so happy I always e-file my federal return.

I am paper filing my state return because I owe $10 and I'm not paying $35 to e-file it.

I'm going to put this in the Tax Section.

Would I have a choice? Since DH dropped dead and all. We filed jointly and had medical deductions up the wazoo. At least this year I only have a single W-2 instead of 5.

Are you the executor of the estate?  You can still file jointly this year.
