Then if you are talking to WCP the only approved job is running your own business. Even engineers, accoutants and nurses are losers because they have not figured out how to stop working for the man. Even though I have my own business, according to WCP I'm still a schmuck working for The Man because I have clients I have to meet with and actually provide them with timely service. The only true business is one that provides passive income.

Well those are the three YM approved areas of study. You still use that education to either become a landlord or start a business, that most likely involve real estate in some way. I'm still trying to figure out why you need to start by being an engineer, accountant, or nurse. Seems like you'd be better of skipping college and getting your real estate license. What do I know though? Guess that's why I'm still poor.

I think business in general is acceptable - at least it's done pretty well for me so far! ;D

Today when we were out for a fun trip, we found that one long-established pharmacy, one long-established restaurant, and one local gas station had all gone under. It was sad. I do think a lot of folks had paid big bucks to buy their businesses during the boom, and now are having a hard time keeping up with their payments, just like the over-leveraged homeowners. We were pretty surprised at these three vacancies, or failures, also.

Ours is run by the City (we have two). Would love to open up our own but in this county, it is almost impossible as all are muni's
