I've been with AT&T forever. But the last 3 months they've charged me a late fee every single month despite the fact that I'm on autopay. Than I have to call and get them to remove it. The bill for one phone and internet is $170 a month. I've noticed that T-Mobile would be about $80 for the same thing. Does anyone use T-Mobile or is there better option out there? I don't have a land line. But my cellphone does cover all my needs. My cable (Comcast) is separate but they haven't messed up billing yet

Is your cash flow good enough to bump the date up 2 to 5 days from when you have the auto-withdraw set up? My Tmobile cell is currently a useless pretty brick. I think I'm going to turn it into one of Tmobile's Iphones, but IDK. T-mobile allegedly won the rights to have the best network, but w/ 5g and all a lot depends on coverage. Are you on AT&T wireless plus AT&T ? for internet? My only option for internet right now is Optimum. They do have a cell phone promo, but they are now big on hidden and futures fees now, so I do not want to use them.

My autopay is set for whatever day they take it. It shows on my bill as being posted 2 days before the end of the cycle. Which is why I'm frustrated 😞

I've been on Verizon and Fios for years now and happy with the service and costs. There are always deals to be had. I do the auto-pay too and never been charged a late fee. Actually I get $10 off per line per month for auto-paying.

I'm with Verizon. I'm on autopay and have never paid a late fee.
Where I live, some companies cell phone service does not work. Sprint did not work at my house. I see AT&T has a store but since Verizon works, I have no plans to change.
I had a billing problem with a regional carrier US Cellular and dropped them. They didn't bill me for about 6 months. I would call and get told the system was down and they couldn't access it either. As soon as the contract was up, I was gone.

Since they were Ariel (don't remember if that's how it was spelled). Then they changed to Voicestream then Tmobile. I love them. My plan is $55/month. It's really old and grandfathered. I don't have auto pay, but I pay it ahead of time every month and have no problem.

I have the Comcast cellphone service. Is that available where you are, since you have Comcast cable? I've been happy with it. I don't use my cellphone a lot, so I just pay the minimum each month, which is currently $15 for calls and texts and 1 GB of data. You can get plans with more data.

I use tracfone, but I'm a light user other than hanging out on the internet over WiFi. A lot of people I know use Verizon and like it.

We've been with Sprint since almost forever. They were bought out by T-Moblie a few months ago. So far, T-Mobile has been fine, no issues. We like T-Mobile Tuesdays since we get discounts and random freebies. We pay $200 per month for 4 lines. I think it's kinda expensive, but my kids like that we are grandfathered into our plan and get unlimited data. One kid manages to stream video all day long while working so he does get a lot of use from it.

I have Verizon and have only had Verizon. But I got on a family plan years ago with my parents and my bro & his wife so it's dirt cheap. Even though I still haven't figured out how my SAHM SIL and my WFH brother somehow use up 75% or more of our data each month. Out of 16GB my parents don't even use a gig combined and since I've been WFH with everything being shut done I'm not using much. Last bill I hadn't even used a gig and we got the warning of only 10% left!!!!! How did they use 13GB between the two?!?!?! The month before my at home wifi was being weird, but they still used 10GB between the two!
If I didn't have family I'd prob switch over to Spectrum mobile. A little more than I'm paying now, but they're using Verizon networks so there's no difference in coverage.

I have the comcast xfinity cell service too. I swapped over from Verizon tentatively knowing that comcast uses the verizon network. I never have issues, and I just upgraded to an unlimited plan with 5G which has also been great. I was so thrilled to have a cell phone bill for 14 bucks when I switched over a couple of years back. It was so much cheaper than my verizon plan.

Maybe your brother and SIL don’t realize they can piggyback off the wifi when they are home?

She's one of those woo woo people who think microwaves and wifi have all this harmful radiation. Though don't know how cell phones are better for you? I've stopped trying to figure out lol

I have AT&T for my cell and my internet/landline. My cell is prepaid and $30/mo, text, talk, and wi-fi capable (no data). My internet is $110/mo for both the internet and the landline. I think Comucast is the other option for internet around here but I refuse to use their services. The customer service always sucks...or it did in the past, bad enough that I'll never use them again.

We have Comcast for internet, and since they are the only local player, we pay. In reality, we have had excellent service, including customer service. Our cell phones are on Ting, there was a recent switch in service which was kind of bumpy, but it has ironed out since then.
I think our cell phone service is about $50/mo for 2 phones (we bought new, outright). Our TV and cable about $170. I think internet is about $110 of that.
