Odd that the author claims intimate knowledge of OSHA, yet is stating the opposite of the OSHA.gov website.
3 minutes on Google tells me this must have been written by Guy Crittenden, who has writings about alternative medicines, spirituality, psychedelics, anti-vaccine, conspiracy theories, etc.
