Does he have one?
He said something about infrastructure the other day, but mostly his speeches seem to be rambling screeds against various people and organizations. Or he is against something he claims Biden wants, like ruining the suburbs (which is a racist dog whistle to allow discrimination in housing).
What does he want to accomplish in the next four years, other than more conservative judges?

That's a good question... I've been wondering about that myself. For his 2016 campaign he was "everywhere" - I couldn't avoid him and I don't watch TV nor do I partake too much of internet news media... but I couldn't avoid Trump.
Here we are 4 months from an election - and I haven't bumped into anything from either candidate.
FWIW: I would assume the plans for the next 4 years are to get more conservative judges in, remove more regulations, distance ourselves more from "world politics", get more $$ to the wealthy (because they were hurt by the pandemic) - basically more of the same.
Unfortunately whoever wins the election is gonna be heading into a shitshow of awfulness. If the Republicans win another 4 years... they won't be able to 'shirk' off the blame for the mess they made for decades going forward. If the Democrats win - the Republicans will "cry" for decades about how if only they had won everything would have been rosy and great!
Part of me thinks the Republicans don't really WANT to win this election.

Well, he did fix healthcare. And solved all the immigration issues. And finally fixed the Middle East problems (Iran). And managed to "befriend" North Korea and resolve the nuclear problems . And even dealt with Israel (the US embassy in Jerusalum) . Gave big Business a big tax cut. Renegotiated a bunch of Trade Agreements. Instituted a bunch of tarriffs. No other president has done so much for America in so little time.
I'm guessing there isn't anything left for him to do? So, no need for a platform? America is Great Again?

Less water usage in dishwashers and toilets. No - MORE water in dishwashers and toilets. He has to flush so many times!! Yes, less. His claim is that standards for low flow results in more actual usage so changing the standards to allow for more flow in first use will result in less overall usage. And because it is coming from a stable genius ...

Then he's failing miserably Yes but the infrastructure of the hair is superb. I watched some of his Mount Rushmore speech and while the flags behind him flapped in the breeze his hair was so perfectly glued in place it did nothing more than sway a little, without working a single piece loose.
