GOP platform rolled over from 2016

This is funny....wonder what they will do now?

When Republicans read the platform their party is using for the 2020 campaign, they may be surprised to see that it is full of condemnations of the sitting president.

“The survival of the internet as we know it is at risk,” the platform reads. “Its gravest peril originates in the White House, the current occupant of which has launched a campaign, both at home and internationally, to subjugate it to agents of government.”

The warning about speech online is one of more than three dozen unflattering references to either the “current president,” “current chief executive,” “current administration,” people “currently in control” of policy, or the “current occupant” of the White House that appear in the Republican platform. Adopted at the party’s 2016 convention, it has been carried over through 2024 after the executive committee of the Republican National Committee on Wednesday chose not to adopt a new platform for 2020.

So, basically they are too lazy to change it. That is some fine work, leader of the USA!

Not that they've accomplished anything.  I'm still waiting for that "fabulous" healthcare plan that still hasn't been made public.

Maybe we will get to see it after he is elected a second time, and has even less support in Congress.

Love or hate Obamacare, his refusal to discuss the plan, his promise to reveal it later and then his complete lack of ideas and ability to fulfill that one promise when he owned Congress is the least emotional and most objective proof of his inability to be a good president.

   At least Obamacare protected people with preexisting conditions, something that the current administration is trying to take away from us.  The plan was to improve on the original package, but Trump doesn't want to piggyback on anyone else's work, especially Obama's.  He just seeks to destroy everything he touches.  You know, the opposite of the Midas touch.  Of course, with all of the bankruptcy and closed companies that seem to follow that man in the White House right now, why is anyone surprised?  (Did you catch on the news this week that they're finally going to tear down the failed Trump casino in Atlantic City?)

And now health rights for the LGBTQ community have been trashed. So much for his ‘greatest healthcare plan ever’.

Have costs gone down? Have insurance premiums gone down?

Because we were told that doing away with certain provisions would bring the cost back down.

I believe profits for insurance companies have gone up.
