It's too easy to follow people now. Just track their cell phones. They don't need to implant anything in you, the chip is in your phone.

A few years ago there was a study concerning the subject of public surveillance. It concluded that a city dweller is on average 15 times per day on camera. That was before everyone had these hopped up phones. Imagine how easy is now to do that! what need would there be for an implant? Unless of course the misus wants the remote so she could zap me all day!
