Not me. I've been to Canada maybe three times but I'm not from there nor was my family. Of course Seattle might just as well be, I guess.... Mixing up your ex-MSN moderators? Yes. Mea Culpa. Or you're lying. Meh, I'm probably wrong. That'd be my bet.

This is why I have a MAJOR objection to some peoples' opinions that things like food stamps should be abolished and churches should go back to helping the poor.
People should not have to deal with religious bullshit just to eat, get medical care, etc... in this country.
Where I previously lived one of the churches decided to open a homeless shelter in the winter for the growing homeless population. They required attendance at a one hour church sermon to be able to stay there for the night. There was a required service every day they were open.
I think that's fine, but then don't expect my donation or tax dollars. Recruiting new people to your religion shouldn't be a part of helping people not freeze to death... And, the local county should have come up with some other option rather than pushing a private church's religion on everyone by helping to financially support them.
I'm sure if I were a devil worshiper and opened up my own shelter requiring services to stay the government wouldn't be helping to fund that, so what's the difference?
