why is this thing not going through the roof? I think the whole stock market is going weird. A huge portion of what was lost has recovered yet the country and the world is still shut down. While they went slightly down Friday both carnival and NCL have doubled their low this week. Why? I can't make sense of it (also not researching to figure it out) except maybe speculating. |

And when the market goes down...so do a lot of gold stocks, which is just the opposite of what it used to do.
I can't get over the low prices for corn & soy....these are about the same as they were when my son was in kindergarten & he is in his 50's now. I remember that soy hit $9 a bushel back then.

This made my head hurt. The "right" is worried that the Corporate exec's will make money  When did Trump's target audience become worried about corporate profit and how much executives make? Isn't that what all the tax breaks for poor, over taxed corporations was all about? That businesses weren't able to keep enough money (to pay to their executives with some pittance to the workers (if they were lucky)) What happened to trickle down economics |
