I saw a recipe for Moroccan lentils on a website and decided to try it since I had all the ingredients on hand. It turned out delicious and very flavorful.
The only issue is that it called for three times amount of water to amount of lentils ratio. That was not at all sufficient. I kept having to add water until the lentils were soft.
