I’d like to see their investment decisions during the time frame. As well as those of the administration and their families.

I heard through a coworker and have done no research, so take this with a grain of salt.... Foxnews, through its parent company, is classified as entertainment and not a news agency.

You made me do a little research (I emphasize a little). According to Snopes.... "Fox News (as well as CNN and MSNBC) is not an accredited news station because no regulatory body exists in the United States that has the authority to make such a classification. ... In sum, cable news networks aren’t accredited as “news” by any official regulatory body in the United States..."

I believe that Fox News could be held liable for information they provide. Not sure if they will in thos case, but theoretically, I could see it happening to any of the cable news stations if they go too far.

weren't there some lawsuits over kids imitating/duplicating (and seriously being hurt) some of the stupid, dangerous stunts done by regular people and video'd by a cable tv show? Can't think of the name of the show...
