I'm a runner, though I have been slacking somewhat since my marathon in January. I usually run four times a week - mileage depends on what sort of race I have on my radar. I usually do 15-25 miles/week when not in training. If I'm doing a half or full marathon, it goes up to 30-40. But I am now on week 8 of Beachbody's LIIFT4 program, which I have really enjoyed. I have seen big gains in my upper body, which was weak-ish before because I focused on running instead of strength training. My real issue is eating - I just like to eat whatever I want. I was going to take a week off and do the 8-week LIIFT 4 series again and follow the nutrition plan, but with social distancing / isolation / my DH and kids being home all the time, etc., I really need my ice cream.

I had basic bench in my basement and then happened to upgrade this December, so now I have a full squat rack with lat pulldown machine. I'm trying to lift 3 days a week. For cardio, I've been mostly running outside 3-4 days per week OR running on the treadmill. Up until this week, I had been running on the treadmill most of the winter because I just couldn't get out there in the cold (and dark). Now that it's lighter outside in the AM and I am waking up later (because I'm at home) I have been running outside just to get out of the house.
Eating wise I'm kind of a creature of habit so that hasn't changed much.

I have exercise videos that I like. I started walking. H. bought a bicycle both of us can use.
Our Y posted a whole bunch of exercise videos that I have not gotten into yet. Our sport courts are closed down so zero tennis and pickleball. The mayor said the city courts are open but it's just not worth the risk. The past 3 years have been rough both physically and emotionally. A basket full of mental injury. I haven't been eating the best. I am paying more attention now. Blessings to everyone.

I normally do Body Pump Classes at my local Gym. Since the gym is closed, my niece is offering her exercise classes virtually using Zoom. I asked if I could join - so I was up at 4:30 am to join her 5 am virtual class. I don't know how her ladies get to her normal location at 5 am - this is very early for me. There are other time options which may work for me if we are working from home.
I am also going to try to find a Yoga workout I like on Youtube or go through my disks and see what I have. I bought some handweights from Walmart because I gave the old ones to goodwill a few years ago.
