My mother riveted airplane parts in a San Francisco factory during WWII. She died 5 years ago.

May she RIP.....did she ever tell u how much they paid these ladies back then...Woman played such a major role in that conflick..hundreds became pilots and ferried war planes all over the country, also to overseas, Great Britain too...saving the country having to have male pilots from ferrying ..enable them to pilot planes..fighters, bombers, transports in war zone.
