Any left leaning columnist would say that Donald Trump is the biggest failure that the Americans had to ever experience(or maybe that’s just me) or that it seems that most of the republicans elected officials have forgotten their oath of office or are bent on pushing us towards a puppet state. But that would be the accurate state of affairs! Using his position at Washington Post, Thiessen seeks to harden the already extreme Trump supporters. Let’s not forget that Thiessen wrote an entire book trying to justify the use of torture during Bush years!

It isn't an "article", it is an opinion piece.

Out Of Curiosity mroped, You have your own business, How is it doing under the Trump Presidency? Mine's doing great. I still think Trump is an idiot. It's not all about me. I have six businesses that I have at least a 15% share in. of the six, five are setting records this year, and the 6th has seen revenue drop 50%, and we are contemplating layoffs and consolidation.
so, it really depends, I think, on what your business is. NOTE: my businesses all set records every year under Clinton. those were the best of days.

since the Civil War. www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/trump-isnt-the-biggest-threat-to-the-constitution-democrats-are/2019/03/21/77c99d82-4c03-11e9-b79a-961983b7e0cd_story.html The article does not say they are the "biggest threat since the Civil War". I am saying that. The article says they are the biggest threat to the Constitution. It's not an article, it's an opinion piece. It's right in the title. An opinion piece holds no more weight than any YMAM poster's opinion.

Gads, I can't keep track of all of your business ventures! I am hoping that by the middle of next year I have 0. Clinton was an able manager of the government. He was also benefited by the timing of the small computing revolution, which transformed office efficiency, much of it during his terms. yeah, it is pretty ridiculous. if things go as planned, I will be down to four by this time next year. I want to sell the real estate holdings.

Will you keep the four businesses on when you go abroad? I can say that selling my business has been a long slow PITA, but as you know I am in a low barrier industry. yeah. I will probably add two in Europe (European divisions of US companies).

Out Of Curiosity mroped, You have your own business, How is it doing under the Trump Presidency? You didn't ask me, but- my business is doing very well under the Obama expansion. Luckily we are not dependent on raw material imports. A friend in the steel industry is being clobbered right now because of the way trump is mucking it up. So how many years was it Bush's fault!! like seven??

Out Of Curiosity mroped, You have your own business, How is it doing under the Trump Presidency? Three years ago we built our house and for the process I needed 9000 lf of 1/2” reinforcement bar. Planing on having some extra work done I figured another 2000lf. It was easier and cheaper to buy the bar by the bundle-5000lf each so I ended up buying 15000lf. I had about 3500lf left and I rarely use bar on my jobs. That was the only thing that I buy/use in my business that could possibly be imported. As a result Trump’s trade war/shit show didn’t affect my pricing. Also, most of my customers are amongst doctors, lawyers, professors and rarely a tradesman. All in all, first year-2017 went slightly up but then it flattened. Most of 2017, 2018 and a big chunk of 2019 were jobs that I’m doing in steps and were contracted in 2016. Ofcourse there are new customers but for some reason the 1-2-3 days jobs just about disappeared. Those were typically more for middle/lower income class:a chimney, a small sidewalk, a SS liner and the likes.

Not quite as long as the period of time you haven’t given Obama any credit at all even though his stock market gains far exceeded Trump’s and we are still in the upswing that started during his term. After, of course, steering us out of your BushCo. Crash. You know, the one where the Repo/Cons controlled the White House, Senate, House, and SCOTUS.

Since the OP-linked article was first published, we have learned it's the trump-Has-Done-Nothing-Wrong Republicans who are the biggest threat to the Constitution. And that's my opinion.
