Who here has been in NYC during Christmas season...saw that years Rockefeller tree...looked at the decorated store windows and saw remarkable lights around Rockefeller square and the ice skating ... Any one ever ice skate there..I didn't...wanted to but either too expensive or the wait to long...can't remember which...probably a bit of both What is neat is to fly out of NY and see the lights below...it's really something. ---------------------------------------------- www.nbcnews.com/slideshow/rockefeller-christmas-tree-s-journey-upstate-big-city-n1079496

Many times, but I live right across the river! I haven't skated there for maybe 20 years. It didn't use to be crazy expensive for the time, but now I see it is. There are other nice places to skate it the city that aren't expensive at all. What has become outrageously priced is the Christmas show at Radio City.

I got tickets to it. Wasn’t that expensive for very good seats. Of course it was a matinee but I’ve seen the Rockettes every year since I was 8. Ice skating is less expensive at Bryant Park. I’m going to NYC 12/27-1/1

zibazinski Tickets to the Christmas Show? If you don't mind me asking, where did you buy your tickets?

You had to buy through Ticketmaster which I detest but that’s the only way
