Meanwhile, in about two or so weeks, trump will be impeached. The Republican controlled senate will roll over and kiss trump's ass because they are afraid of him but the record will show trump was no better than Bill Clinton when it came to being impeached.
Hillary will be laughing at trump and well she should.

One of those times it is good to read the linked article. Although I did not see it in the arcticle, I have heard on the media the only people who may be leaking this info are people who have been questioned in the probe, as they are given their portion of the probe they were involved with. It is suggested these people are trying to get ahead of the released report to spin it as best as they can to save therself. This is good news for Carter Page. And for the naysayers who posted earlier, please note this is from CNN........

Should have them all rounded up right after the election?

After the election would not help, it has to be before the election, to get the most benefit from it, It will most likely show that the top FBI, and members of the DOJ, were working against Trump. Without the tampering there would not been any Russian Investigation, and the "Dossier" would have had a 15 second life span! Now that we have a standard for Trump associates to go to jail, for say lying to the FBI, What are the jail sentences going to look like for those in the FBI that lied to us?

Russia Inquiry Review Is Said to Criticize F.B.I. but Rebuff Claims of Biased ActsA watchdog report will portray the pursuit of a wiretap of an ex-Trump adviser as sloppy, but it also debunks some accusations by Trump allies of F.B.I. wrongdoing. WASHINGTON — A highly anticipated report by the Justice Department’s inspector general is expected to sharply criticize lower-level F.B.I. officials as well as bureau leaders involved in the early stages of the Trump-Russia investigation, but to absolve the top ranks of abusing their powers out of bias against President Trump, according to people briefed on a draft. Investigators for the inspector general, Michael E. Horowitz, uncovered errors and omissions in documents related to the wiretapping of a former Trump campaign adviser, Carter Page — including that a low-level lawyer, Kevin Clinesmith, altered an email that officials used to prepare to seek court approval to renew the wiretap, the people said. Mr. Horowitz referred his findings about Mr. Clinesmith to prosecutors for a potential criminal charge. Mr. Clinesmith left the Russia investigation in February 2018 after the inspector general identified him as one of a handful of F.B.I. officials who expressed animus toward Mr. Trump in text messages and resigned about two months ago, after the inspector general’s team interviewed him. So do we have to sit through 9 investigations of one FBI lawyer altering an email that Trump will attempt to beat into a deep throat black hat worldwide conspiracy to rob him of his presidency?
Sigh.

I have never been a fan of FISA, but this idea that Trump has been singled out by them is utterly absurd.

Sorry Repo-Cons, but from what I see this IG report will be blowing Trump ass wide holes in all of your conspiracy theories.

I have changed my mind now that I have seen one of the reporters air what’s in the body of the report. He’ll be staying away. Maybe training his frog how to march.

the way the FISA court is set up is, imo, profoundly unconstitutional.
only FIVE of 14,000 wiretap applications received by the court have been denied. given that kind of history, it doesn't matter who the applicant is, what the basis is, what the purpose is: your application is going to be approved.
you are falling for the partisan line on this, VB. there is absolutely nothing to it.
if you want to do FISA reform, be my guest. having an external review of the approvals that has a documented chain would be a smart move, imo. but it will never happen. because we do our dirty work in secret in the US.

just to be clear: if the GOP blows FISA up, I would be happy about it.
but they should do it because it is profoundly unconstitutional, not because if Russiagate.

On false claims no less. No, Trump was never wire-tapped. Now it may be hard to remember, but I think all the wire-tapped individuals ended up being guilty and indicted. They were wire-tapped because of Russia. Not Trump. I know that goes against Trump's victim-hood origin story, but heck all the man does is lie, so it should be no surprise its made up bunk.
