I love having hot habinero peppers all year round but can only buy them in the fall.. so I grow them in the South-East double windows all year long.. To do this I have to root them one or two times a year but the effort is worth it in great home made soups all year long.. I am real good with hot- Cold soups..goes with the hot.. Hot cabbage soup .. I have never used a set plan but what I have goes into the soup... No two soups come out the same Your thoughts!! Please Bi Metal Au Pt

Has anyone every heard of a cabbage soup diet plan for one meal a day.. I hear good things but am not sure about what it for in the diet.. Fiber, K+, NaCl or a meal replacement..
Thank-you in advance., Bi Metal

Up Date, Fry two or three strips of Peppered Bacon in a large heavy pan, Add one large head of cabbage with a little olive oil, two chopped up garlic two large 1015 onions, cook for about 15 minutes add one quart box of beef stock.. add peppers..Red or Orange.. If you dare.. Hot!! simmer for about one hour Enjoy with some cheese or Pepto-Bismo A little wine might help but this is almost salt free ( except the bacon )
