"You just did!!!"
I'd like to see something more than just a thread.

Hi LA maybe if we ask the big boss, Ms Moon she'll create a Gardening forum on the main page? May try sending her a personal message to see if it can be added?

I'd love a gardening board. I'm having a great time with my winter garden.

I'm happy to see this. We haven't had rain for quite awhile so it was pointless to plant a fall garden. But yesterday I tilled mine up its about 80 X 40 not sure of the width.
I am having the soil tested this year to see what I need to add. Want to get it out early as possible so my tomatoes come off before I go traveling. Feb here in Houston is not to early.
I canned 35 quarts of green beans last year only about 15 quarts of tomatoes, they just got rained on and gorgeous big tomatoes rotted, darn. I also canned beets and turnips, and froze some spinach. Didn't plant but a few hills of potatoes and we would dig one and eat it. Had onions, lettuce, cukes, and zucchini, spinach, and cabbage, just couldn't keep the bugs off it last year.
I am hoping my grapevines produce, this will be year 3 for them, and my peaches again. The orange tree was loaded but they weren't very sweet, but big beautiful seedless oranges. The apple tree hasn't been out long enough, nor the apricot, or avocado. I plan to plant a couple of cherry trees this year.

We're up in the mountains and it's soooo cold, so it will be awhile before we can start turning the ground. Right now all we can do is start seedlings in the growing shed.
