When they continued to support Trump colluding with the Russian when the race is over, it goes to what they did while still in power. They did not convert to the collusion position after they were out of office. Brennan especially. Correct. There's evidence that the Obama administration had been using the NSA, CIA, FBI, IRS and probably many other agencies to spy on and possibly blackmail and extort political opponents dating back to 2012. We still don't know exactly why Orca failed on election day 2012 for Mitt Romney. All we know for sure is that the DNC had spies and hackers in their employ who have fled the country- the Awan brothers. And while you probably recognize that name-- wanna bet a whole bunch of Dems here are gonna have to Google it? Please share that “evidence”

Please share that “evidence” I don't know why I bother pretending you're qualified to carry on a discussion when you're so woefully misinformed. And once again, for the benefit of those who can't seem to tell the difference between the SOURCE and the REPORTER, I'll help with that as well. The SOURCE is the OBAMA ADMINISTRATION via de-classified memos. The REPORTER is The Hill. The Hill is NOT the "source". Again, the SOURCE is the Obama administration. thehill.com/policy/national-security/343785-newly-declassified-memos-detail-extent-of-improper-obama-era-nsa

I only have one question: Who was president when the warrantless spying program was begun?

So you're quoting Pat Robinson's very biased, conservative, evangelical website as the source for your information now?
You know all the best fake news sites, don't you.

You know all the best fake news sites, don't you. No, I'm not citing that as the source. I'm tired of explaining to you and others here what the SOURCE is.

So he's being charged because he leaked a phone conversation he had with a principle associate deputy about the existence of an investigation into the Clinton Foundation to the Wall street Journal in order to prove he was being impartial?
That doesn't really help Trump, does it? The Clinton Foundation was found not to be corrupt, but that was afterwards. Leaking that right before the election might have actually reduced the number of people who ended up voting for Clinton, just like the news of the 'new emails' did - and that turned into a nothing burger, too, but both could have suppressed the Clinton vote.
Maybe if McCabe hadn't leaked it, and Comey didn't rush to announce they found new emails, Clinton might have won the few votes she needed to win.
if he is guilty of helping Trump, he should indeed be prosecuted for that.

They investigated it. aka "they did their job".
so, now are we now putting people under indictment for doing their job?
it seems more plausible that this is something OTHER than an attempt to "restore confidence".

Your hatred of Trump has poisoned your thought process. I know you used to talk about the FISA court and how it is illegal. They usurped it from using it against foreign agents trying to destroy us to spying on American citizens and opposing politicians. I believe you warned this would happen.......... Or do I have you confused with someone else?

Your hatred of Trump has poisoned your thought process. I don't hate Trump.
I am, however, very tired of the litigation of reality that you and others are engaging in. please cut it out.

I believe you warned this would happen.......... Or do I have you confused with someone else? I never said the FISA court is illegal. I said that the process for issuing warrants is hopelessly opaque. it is legal by definition. I just don't like warrantless wiretapping, and consider it a violation of civil liberties. that having been said, if anyone earned a wire, it is that doofus Page. so, if all of that comports with your memory, then yes, that was me.
