The actions taken: After Cohen made the $130,000 payment to Daniels, he was reimbursed, prosecutors said in court filings, by the Trump Organization. The company's executives authorized payments to him totaling $420,000, in an effort to cover his original payment, tax liabilities and reward him with a bonus, according to prosecutors, and they falsely recorded those payments as legal expenses in their books.
The criminal inquiry centered on whether those payments, like the hush money Cohen gave to Daniels, violated campaign-finance law. Conclusion: these actions were not a prosecutable offense.

trump was found guilty in the court of public opinion. trump supporters had no problem excusing trump cheating on his wife after she gave birth to his son. trump supporters had/have no problem with trump paying hush money to cover up his adultery right before the election. trump supporters are in the minority of Americans who have no problem with his abhorrent immoral, and racist behavior which says everything you need to know about them. A majority of American voters do have a problem with trump's abhorrent, immoral, and racist behavior. trump is not out of the woods with the other on-going investigations in New York.

"The campaign finance violations discussed in the materials are a matter of national importance," Judge William Pauley III said in court papers, denying the government's request for limited redactions. "Now that the government's investigation into those violations has concluded, it is time that every American has an opportunity to scrutinize the materials." www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/fbi-believed-trump-was-closely-involved-in-hush-money-scheme-unsealed-documents-show/ar-AAEwcfI
I WISH every America would read the finance violations documented in the released paperwork - but sadly, 40% of the population will allow Trump's toadies to explain to them what they should think, rather than actually reading what the documents revealed - which is exactly what Cohen said happened, Trump authorizing payments to keep the women quiet.

None of these "investigations" are real investigations. The sole purpose of all of this is to weaponize the intelligence apparatus and criminal justice system to facilitate political opposition research. They raided Cohen's office in an unprecedented breach of attorney-client privilege (which they will live to regret every bit as much, if not more, as they now regret Senator Reid's 'nuclear option' in the US Senate) because they wanted to find dirt on Trump. This judge is out of line- but that doesn't matter. Anything in service of ridding our country of the great Orange antichrist-- the consequences of the precedents we're setting be damned.

It is gratifying to see that you finally have an accurate mental picture of the president. Perhaps there is hope for you after all. On the other hand: Did you really "like" your own post? Really that desperate for SOMEBODY to do it?

Hey, if President Trump can refer to himself in the third person ( link), why can't Paul like his own posts.

It's funny that a Trumpette is whining about all the unprecedented tactics of the Dems - when Trump and his administration have done such a fine job of ignoring all the precedents about providing documents to Congress, or providing employees to testify to Congress ( and especially when they are subpoenaed).
What was it Kelly Ann Conway said the other day, when she ignored a subpoena to show up to testify? She has a 'special' position at the WH and doesn't have to do what Congress says?
I have a feeling the GOP is going to regret all the precedent busting the current POTUS has done, sooner rather than later.

Did it ruffle your feathers when Republicans were wasting the taxpayers money? Just wondering...... The Benghazi Select Committee was tasked with investigating how four Americans were killed, including US Ambassador Chris Stephens, when attackers raided the US compound in Benghazi, Libya, in 2012.
The select committee itself was created by House Republicans in May 2014. The committee issued its final report on the Benghazi attack a little more than two years later in June 2016 and was officially shut down in December 2016. The select panel spent $7 million during the course of the probe.www.cnn.com/2018/06/29/politics/benghazi-committee-special-counsel-robert-mueller/index.html

Seems Hope Hicks has some explaining to do to Congress. Perjury?
