I own some Johnson & Johnson stock. On my way home last Friday I heard a market analysis wonk reviewing the markets. One of the stories was about a April story that Johnson & Johnson was asking a judge to move any state-court litigation transferred to a federal court. Although the JnJ supplier Imerys Talc America hasn't filed for bankruptcy yet, this will affect the stock. Whats anyone's stand on owning JnJ now? I see I see it's still rated as a "Buy".

I own some JNJ also. Not much. My mom owns a whopping 1,600 shares. I honestly don't think litigation will affect the stock as a long term buy. The days ahead will be rocky I am betting.

You are right. Most of our assets are in mutual funds so I am sure JNJ is a factor in those shares.

Kadee, your knowledge of the market goings-on has impressed me for a very long time. I think your posting this ….. takes the cake. Arch.

Thank you Arch...I just do a LOT of reading every day. Right now I can't get out & work in flower beds & no veggies this year at all...so it's reading on the net & a lot of times it's those articles in the "small print" that may have the biggest impact.
