Taxman I have put a post up on the Tax Corner board over at MSN MoneyCentral with permission of Jeff of course, with a link to the board here... Hopefully the members of the board over there will still be there to read the post and will be able to find the board here..... Cross your fingers.

As usual, Active has hit the nail on the head. These days, search engines drive internet traffic. Perhaps changing the name of this board to something like "tax questions answered" will help? At least for now...

They also feature some other vices as well, but those are the main themes. Everyone from church groups to Italian-American anti-defamation organizations have tried to get the show pulled, but its MTVs most popular program. Anyway, they wanted to drop her in Times Square tonight but NYC would have none of that. So instead they are going to do it at the Jersey Shore house, which unhappily is within walking distance of where I'm typing this.  |

At the old MSN board, questions happened almost daily and were obviously more numerous from January through April 15.

I think this board's immediate challenge is marketing itself to non-taxpros. The bigger national newspapers soon will be running their annual feature articles about filing and paying taxes. These articles usually appear in Sunday papers and often mention online resources where readers can find help with their taxes. I will find out the names of reporters who will be writing these articles in my local newspaper and encourage them to mention this forum.
