And...
Trump said that the Mexicans are gonna pay for tha wall and they didn’t, we all know that. If Nunes is saying he will send something to whomever that might be just another empty claim. Fox News needed to fill a few minutes so it seemed that Nunes could do it. And he didn’t let them down. Now, time will tell!

THE NUNES FILE As Chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) is abusing the power of his office. He consistently tries to hide the truth about Russian interference in the 2016 election and attack the credibility of U.S. law enforcement by spreading lies and misleading information. At every turn, Nunes—a member of the Trump transition team—has conspired with the Trump White House to undermine the FBI investigation and Special Counsel Robert Mueller. He has made his wildest allegations at moments when it could most distract from damaging revelations about the President and his team. In every instance, Nunes’ charges have proven to be baseless fabrications that crumble under the slightest scrutiny. His efforts are nothing more than deceptive political stunts, often carefully orchestrated with or at the direction of the White House. Complete article here: THE NUNES FILEIs Nunes's own name one of the eight?

I hope the Republicans prosecute all of their political enemies. Throw them into jail and torture them. They can wipe their asses with the constitution too. So very American.

I seem to remember all the cheering that went up every time some one associated with Trump got indited for lying to the FBI ,,, then a little deeper search came up with other wrong doings.
Now the spot lite is pointed in the other direction,,,, My guess is there is going to be a lot of Woooooo,, Hooooooing going on over the next 19 months,,, just past the election!!! Make sure that we have all the deferred sentencing, saying so and so is spilling their guts, on all the others for a reduced sentence!! Only this time there will be real collusion between participants!! My question is ,,, hmmmmm, do you think this will reach all the way to Hillary and Obama? Wooooo, Hoooooo!!!

Is there anybody in DC who has less credibility than Nunes? I know it is a very low bar with this administration, but still.... Maybe it's a 100-way tie for last place?

Nunes is no Mueller. Nunes is about as far from Mueller as one can get in the same species.

"We're prepared this week to notify the attorney general that we're prepared to send those referrals over," Nunes said. link Thank you for notifying us so we could all prepare to be prepared.

I wonder if you all are going to be so jovial, if this starts down a path like Mueller investigation did? I think lying took down a few for nothing more than being a little forgetful in their testimony.

I have no problem with the referrals. If the AG decides to pursue an investigation, great. If charges are filed, fine. If there are guilty pleas or verdicts, so be it.

if I were to be brought up on charges, I would want Nunez to be the guy bringing them.

... if I were to be brought up on charges, I would want Nunez to be the guy bringing them. Just to clarify, we are a couple steps away from anyone being "brought up on charges". Representative Nunez is referring incidents to the Justice Department recommending investigation. The Justice Department will decide to do a full investigate or not. If they investigate, they will decide whether or not to file charges.

Well Barr just testified he finds Nunes credible. And elsewhere the rule of law continues to crumble daily.
Have you read the private suites Nunes is bringing though? Holy hell. That lawyer if his is a bizarre flake.

why not? because he records everything, takes prodigious notes, and he is what? 50?
there are factors that tell me whether a person forgets or not.
I don't think Cohen forgets anything.
a-nee-thing.
