I was watching the 1/11 episode of Law & Order SVU last night and they go to the house of a girl who disappeared as a teen years ago. (It was kind of ironic that it was on the same day Jayme Closs was found). They had found a video of the teen with the prime suspect that was shot when she disappeared. When the father said the girl didn't think she was pretty I immediately guessed the girlfriend of the suspect was the missing girl, since the suspect was a plastic surgeon who could have changed her looks. They threw a curveball with a body in a wall that was thought to be the missing teen, but as soon as the DNA said it wasn't, I knew I had guessed right. Sure enough, the missing teen turns out to be the now adult girlfriend.
I've either seen too many episodes or they're out of fresh ideas.

Thanks for the spoiler alert in the thread title. Did not read your post until now. Just finished watching the episode.
Having aired 445 original episodes over its 20 year run, an episode or two might be easily solved from time to time.
I still like the show.
