Read it. I don't see that the NYT threw her under the bus. The NYT simply published a story about her continuing problem with the Native American claim. ETA: It's a non-partisan story. I wish more news outlets did the same.  |

IMO, the times has decided she is not the person to run for the Presidency in 2020, and they have started the campaign to make sure it does not happen.
Evidently she is too white to run in the democratic party.

First of all, the NYT doesn't 'decide' who they think should be president. They report on the potential presidential candidates. This was an article talking about Warren and her chances of running a successful campaign, including some negative repercussions she'll need to deal with from the DNA test.
As for 'she's too white to run in the democratic party' - seriously I think you need to go back and read it again. I didn't see anything in the article that made that claim. They talked about her decision on to test her own DNA and then make the test public, and how that make some native American advocates angry, but I'm not sure how you translated that into 'too white.'

Politicians, especially the GOP, tend to ridicule strong women. It appears they only approve of submissive women who only want to stay at home, not women who want to change policy. That is the reason they attempt to demonize women like Warren, and Pelosi.
