Cheesey, I made your recipe for Tiramisu for dessert tomorrow. It looks deliciousand DH can't wait to taste it. I found a wonderful marscapone cheese made by Polenghi at the Italian market. Gosh...that had to be someone else's recipe, I have never made Tiramisu!

Sigh....woke up around 1:15. At this rate, I am not going to be able to stay up til midnight tonight, unless I get a nap. I crashed around 7:30 last night and the night before.

I'm fine. Sounds like we have the same sleep patterns. I fell asleep really early and have been up since about 12:30.
Wednesday night I took a sleeping pill, so hopefully that 8 hrs of sleep will get me thru today. The boss said I could leave as soon as the market closes, but I think Wall Street is keeping normal hours today.

I have off today, and Monday. Monday I have to take care of registration and my textbooks, and then work the rest of the week. I start class on the 10th, and I really hope I can get my system back in order, because I opted for 3 classes this semester and worked my work schedule to fit in 40 hours if there is enough work for me to do so. I think I am in for a rough ride until May.

Did you finally decide what you're going to serve?

I have to look everything over this morning Deb. I have a few thoughts. I am thinking about Tina's steak and Meghan's mac & cheese for supper for sure. I am thinking for snacking through the evening, picking up some deli meats that we haven't tried, and some milder cheeses that I think the guys will eat. I also like the idea of the bread with the seasoned olive oil, but I want to scroll through all of the suggestions for a few other things. I do think I will make latkes too, but the pirogi also sound good.

I almost forgot about your roasted corn idea, Deb. I think I will do that with the steak and mac & cheese!

Still off-topic but about wine, the Sauvignon Blanc & Grigio are excellent. If you like those, you have to try White Zinfandel - it's a pinkish color but definitely a great tasting white wine. If they sell Barefoot Wines in your area, their price is a little less than some labels. I am not sure how I missed this SL, I love White Zin, and it is what I always order, but now that I have been introduced to the other wines, I have to say the Zin didn't hit my tastebuds right anymore!

since Kroger has humus on special, I'll get some of that. I went to Publix last night & went crazy on the BOGO specials. We are well stocked on Progresso soups They had a really good price on the store brand yogurt too. BOGO Nabisco toasted chips. Lots of other stuff we like. And we had the turkey sub special for dinner.

I like Progresso soups, they usually go on sale here for $1 a can and that's when I stock up though I will admit I prefer my own soup.
