Neighbors complained about the building back in 2016, but basically officials ignored the complaints.
Another reason we need the Federal ICE agents in sancuary cities.
Yes, I know this has nothing to do with true illegal immigration, but this is another issue that must be addressed.

But no one complained about it being a birth tourism site. They complained about work done without a permit and the site being possibly used as a hotel.

I am not even sure how they might fix it. We don’t have interior inspections or any kind of occupancy inspections here in WI. It was not listed for “rent” on a site like air B&B so how to “catch” them?

Value Buy, where we are, one complaint of work done without a permit=no action, unless you admit you did work without a permit. They need at least 2 people making the same complaint.

The city inspectors were denied entrance.
Come back with a warrant and enter.
