Anyone watching this new series on Animal Planet?
The premier episode is about Animal Ortho Care founder Derrick Campana who built four prosthetic legs for a super friendly golden retriever. (You don't want to know how the retriever came into needing four prosthetic legs.)
Later in the show he travels to Botswana to fit an elephant with a custom made leg brace.
Second episode is about a woman and her family who rescue koalas and rehabilitate them.
The most recent episode is about a British marine the founder of Afghanistan's only official animal sanctuary.
Good and interesting series. On AP Saturday evenings.

They have these shows on Facebook as well. I have seen them on Facebook. But they usually are short versions of longer stories. The elephant segment in the first episode was about 40 minutes long. |

I love Animal Planet. I haven't watched this one but I will check it out. I usually watch their shows on demand so I hope this one is available that way.
