Except for a treadmill, exercise equipment tends to end up as great places to hang clean laundry. At least in my family...

Except for a treadmill, exercise equipment tends to end up as great places to hang clean laundry. At least in my family... My Mom wasn't too uncoordinated to use it, just me. I remember her going to town on it, for a while after she first got it she did use it. Then, not so much. She asked me if I wanted it at one point. I told her no (that I am too uncoordinated to use it). I did adopt my dad's exercise bike. It is shoved into DH's work room (There is no laundry hanging on it, but we are not using it for sure!). I keep telling myself we should get rid of it but it is still there (I would need help to get it out of the house). |

I have a SOLE eliptical and like it better than the nordictrac.

Currently I have a 20-ish-year-old treadmill purchased at Sears. Yesterday I went and looked at a NordicTrack a friend's elderly relative is selling. It has less than 10 miles on it, it's a few years old, and they're selling it for $200 marked down from $250. Compared to my current model, the technology on it is incomparable as you can imagine. I pick it up Saturday. I'll keep my current treadmill for now, just in case. The best part? My home gym is located nowhere near clean laundry, LOL.  |
