Does anyone else think this show deserves it's own thread? Personally I thought it was gonna be a failed attempt to cash in on the popularity of BBT with a mediocre series. I can't believe how wrong I was about that.
The cast and script are surprisingly good and it gathered a strong audience. I expect it will be renewed and I hope it doesn't air in the same timeslot this fall against another of my favs like Grey's.

I agree it has developed well. We DVR Grey's and my wife watches that later.

The actress who plays young Sheldon's mother (Zoe Perry) is the real life daughter of the actress who play's adult Sheldon's mother (Laurie Metcalf). Creative casting. |
