My husband says that to people all the time, stay out of trouble. It's a common thing here, clerks
everybody says it. He was being friendly is all. But yes, I can see with all the problems why
you would wonder, especially if you are not familiar with the term. By the way, nice talking to you, see you around, and stay out of trouble. LOL!

This whole thing may soon become a fond memory as soon as actual employees in check out lanes are done away with..........

"Stay out of trouble" is a pretty common thing heard around here too.

I hate when people get in my personal space! I know different cultures have different comfort levels on this, but I still want to start melodramatically coughing and sneezing.

When someone stands too close, I usually fake a loud sneeze, which I cover with my hand. Then spend a minute or two shaking my hand off in their direction!

Cashier from place where I was buying food for my stirevused to say ‘say no to drugs. Give them to me’...we always laughed. I saitbti him once that I can’t afford drugs and if I could I would definitely keeping it for my own use.
And staying out of trouble was said to me too many times to remember.

Why are all these old threads being bumped? Isn't it against CoC?

Why are all these old threads being bumped? Isn't it against CoC? The poster is new. She might want to check the last time someone posted on it. Many of these subjects have been brought up in much newer threads than this one.

There is a banner that says this is an old thread and to start a new one on the same topic. Or ask the admin to unlock the thread.
I made the same mistake when I first started here. I'd go through the thread pages and post on some I was interested in.
A friend who is actually my stalker/imposter told me I was the last poster on every thread on this page. I was unnerved to say the least.

I don't see any banner I'm posting from my phone 🍮 Using a phone causes a lot of the notifications to not appear. If you were on a tablet or PC you would see a notice stating a thread has not been updated in thirty days (or something to that affect). Just look to see the date of the last post and if it's more than thirty days old since any activity, find something newer.
