I didn't have any yeast, but had leftover pizza sauce and mozzarella in the fridge, and plenty of bread flour in the pantry. So I made beer pizza dough, and made a cheese pizza. Recipe: 3 cups of bread flour 1 T baking powder 2 tsp salt 1 bottle of beer (I used Bud Light) Preheat over as high as it will go, 525 or 550 degrees. Put dry ingredients into a bowl, mix with a wooden spoon to combine together. Slowly pour beer into bowl, mixing with spoon to incorporate dry ingredients into a dough. Once dough is incorporated, roll into ball and lightly dust with flour. Flour work surface, roll ball onto surface, and knead for about 5 minutes. If dough sticks to your hands, sprinkle a little more flour on it and knead some more. You want a tacky dough that doesn't stick to your fingers. Whole process may take 5-8 minutes. Lightly flour pizza tray, then flatten out dough, hand shaping it into a disc. Spoon on pizza sauce, then cover with shredded mozzarella. As soon as oven is at temperature, slide in and bake for 11 minutes until cheese is completely melted. While this was baking, I was reading online and noticed that University of New Mexico has a wide receiver named D' Drennan. I was laughing so hard at the thought of someone being name D-Apostrophe that I didn't hear the timer go off. Cheese got a little blackened, Cajun style, but turned out okay.

YUM!!! I love cheese pizza. And yours always look SO good! Now I really wish I had one! -Seems like there used to be a 24 hr delivery place that had decent pizza. I'd better go check. I swear... I can smell your pizza!
