Anyone have any personal testimony for excellent cycling rain gear? Pants would need to fit ~40" waist, jacket would need to fit bust size 38GG, the whole outfit would need to accommodate a height of 5'7" and weight of ~200lbs. Google is not helpful. Neither is Amazon. I'm okay with paying a higher price for a quality product.

This is probably NOT helpful ... but when I used to ride in the rain, I just wore my regular clothes and an obnoxiously bright lime green rain poncho. (It was not very aerodynamic. Then again, neither am I!)

Are you looking for a full blown kit, like they wear in Tour de France? My husband has a bunch, although I doubt he has much experience with rain gear, as we live in an arid desert. He also isn't female. 😀

... Google is not helpful. Neither is Amazon. ... I would recommend biking specific sites or even, please be sitting, a brick and mortar bike shop.

XL doesn't even begin to cover my inches around. And the men's stuff wasn't sized/cut to women (for obvious reasons lol)
