There seems to be an issue this morning on posting a new thread on EE. Been trying to post a happy birthday thread and it comes up with a black bar over visual/bbcode and won't post. Is it me or the system?

I was able to start a new thread without difficulty using Chrome on Win10. Must be something on your end. Try restarting your device to see if that solves the problem. If not, we'll try something else.
