Probably not Happyhoix. What I've noticed is one of the yuge talking points since the election is Trump as victim. This bugs me, too.
He set himself up as victim even prior to the election, by claiming the only way he could lose is if it was rigged. Now that he won, he can't shut up about how the dems hate him because he won when he wasn't supposed to win.
Truman wasn't supposed to win, either. He didn't point to that and whine for the rest of term, which is apparently what Trump plans to do.

You've already related, in great detail, many times, how these two government employees said shitty things about Trump. Sadly, it does appear these two violated the 'Everyone Must Say Wonderful Things About Republican Presidents Even In Private Communications With Partners' rule for government employees.
We get that. We are horrified. Oh, the humanity.
Are we done now? Can we stop ? i don't even think the quote bears consideration (though it has probably gotten 1M hours of consideration in the conservative blogosphere). in this case, the insurance policy in question is actual evidence of wrongdoing. and, as luck would have it, the insurance company went bankrupt, and we got the POtuS.

trump lying yet again. Flight Records Illuminate Mystery of Trump's Moscow Nights(Bloomberg) -- President Donald Trump twice gave James Comey an alibi for why a salacious report about the 2013 Miss Universe pageant in Moscow couldn’t be true: He never even spent the night in Russia during that trip, Trump told the former FBI director, according to Comey’s memos about the conversations. Yet the broad timeline of Trump’s stay, stretching from Friday, Nov. 8, 2013, through the following Sunday morning, has been widely reported. And it’s substantiated by social media posts that show he slept in Moscow the night before the Miss Universe contest. Now, flight records obtained by Bloomberg provide to-the-minute details, from wheels down to departure. Combined with existing accounts and Trump’s own social-media posts, they capture a mere 45 hours and 43 minutes that, nearly five years later, loom large in the controversy engulfing the White House and at the heart of the Comey memos, which the Justice Department turned over last week to Congress. Complete article here: Flight Records Illuminate Mystery of Trump's Moscow Nights

Yeah, well now it's no longer speculation. We know for a fact- we have the communication- there was ZERO intelligence and NO grounds for an investigation into Donald Trump or anyone associated with his campaign. This means it's all pretty straightforward now: Obama and Clinton used the national intelligence apparatus to spy on Donald Trump, including defrauding one or more FISA court judges on multiple occasions.

Other than Paul Manafort and George Papadopoulus....so far. I guess your extremist fringe alt-right propaganda media fake news machine must have missed those indictments and conviction.

I'll wait.

When you say 'we' are you referring to communications you've received from your dog? Is the Labrador your source for inside political communication? It's just - the way you said that, it sounds like you've been getting special secret information from someplace, and dogs are notorious for tipping people off.
Just curious.
By the way, if the cat starts giving you stock tips, ignore it. Cats are assholes.

The more I look at this pic and text, the dumber it seems. There's actually nothing actionable in it. He says we can't take that risk, but he doesn't mention how. All he does is allude to having an insurance policy for if you die young. And parse the example, you take out a policy which does not protect you, it protects those left behind.
... So what kind of insurance policy is there really for someone expecting to not be employed with the federal government if Trump wins? The under 40 year old died and Trump was elected. Did we or anyone get a payout from a never specified "insurance policy"?

as little "there" as it seems, that email set the right wing blogs on fire. i bet if you look it up on Google you will get tens of thousands if not HUNDREDS of thousands of links. they literally went nuts over it for weeks and weeks. and that is just the thing, right? they take a PRIVATE CONVERSATION between two flirting individuals with a legitimate beef against the POtuS as some CONSPIRACY. but there is zero evidence of a conspiracy. it is kind of like finding a brick in your yard and digging for a Carnagie Library. i mean....sure- you MIGHT find one there, right? the right is filled with so many nuts that you could drive squirrels into overpopulation if they found out about it.

The Reckoning is coming. Our two-tiered justice system simply has to end for the country to survive: www.nationalreview.com/2018/04/mueller-investigation-double-standard-ignores-actual-lawbreakers/The more Mueller searches for hypothetical lawbreaking, the more he ignores the actual lawbreakers. The country is about to witness an investigatory train wreck. In one direction, Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation train is looking for any conceivable thing that President Donald Trump’s campaign team might have done wrong in 2016. The oncoming train is slower but also larger. It involves congressional investigations, Department of Justice referrals, and inspector general’s reports — mostly focused on improper or illegal FBI and DOJ behavior during the 2016 election. Why are the two now about to collide? [ myriad examples of double standard] The more Mueller searches for hypothetical lawbreaking, the more he is inadvertently underscoring that actual lawbreakers must be subject to the same standard of justice. Ironically, Mueller’s investigation has reminded America that it is past time to call Comey, McCabe, and a host of Obama-era DOJ and FBI officials to account. For over a year, we have had two standards of legality when there can only be one. A reckoning is near.

In the meantime: theconservativetreehouse.com/2018/04/25/devin-nunes-and-mark-meadows-discuss-new-upcoming-page-strzok-text-messages/There are NEW upcoming Strzok - Page text messages. And if I didn't already mention it- the counterintelligence investigation was based on ZERO actual intelligence. We knew that intuitively- but now it's no longer speculation. It is confirmed by the EC. And Comey tipped his hand on Fox tonight- after showing up 20 minutes late to limit time, he let on he's basically going with the "I didn't know what the people under my command were doing" defense. No mention of why he lied and leaked- both crimes. One of them a felony.

I agree although I wonder if we are reaching some sort of tipping point. The type of behavior to spin scary out of almost nothing is not even the province of most of those with the worst manic episodes. What we keep seeing from part of the right smacks of paranoid schizophrenia or something like it. I wonder if by feeding on fear and massive exaggeration, countless people have been unknowingly altering their brain chemistry in harmful not easily corrected ways. It only takes 3 weeks of severe depressive thoughts to turn chemical and throw someone into a clinical Depression. Some of these right wingers have been gorging on fear and hyperbole for years. Perhaps they have altered their brains so much they can no longer follow certain things logically anymore. Maybe they've trained themselves or gone chemical enough they can only see conspiracies and danger everywhere they look.
Look at Rush. Probably in the beginning he went to hyperbole and lies as his way to make money. Given all his issues with prescription drug addiction and possibly sex addiction, maybe he's simply incapable of doing anything but crazy land on and off the air now.
I feel like we are in a time in the US which has strong parallels to those who believed in witches and were basically crazed people who abused others for years.

Is it possible to have one of those people who de-program people after they leave a cult to find a way to de-program the extremes in both parties?

My prediction will be "it's all stuff Manafort did prior to being Trump's campaign manager" and/or "fake evidence."

They will try to spin of course. But people with memories will remember the oddness of the early campaign with Trump discussing Russia and the Ukraine. I guess Manafort was just a Master Persuader...

Of course he knew. Comey was Hillary Clinton's fixer, not a legitimate Fir. Of FBI...
Alan Dershowitz @alandersh Comey said it never occurred to him there could be connection between Weiner and Hillary C. Did the head of the FBI not know W was married to HC top aide? Duh! 8:17 PM · Apr 29, 2018
