It probably never occurred to him that someone would dig it up (stupid people often do not think beyond next Tuesday).
If I had more energy, I would love to dig big trenches in my back yard and bury phalanxes of garden gnomes and plastic flamingoes for future residents or archeologists to dig up and puzzle over. Sort of like the Chinese terra cotta soldiers only with garden decorations. |
