I don't know if any of you watch this show, but Pioneer Logs has lost one of their construction sites to the fires in the William Lakes Area.  They did have staff on site at the other 2 but Williams Lake has been evacuated so I don't know if anyone is still at the sites or not.

They have lost 4 homes under construction at their 150 Mile location.  The story includes some pictures of the fire from the owner's Facebook page.

Williams Lake has been under evacuation alert for over a week so it's estimated about half of the people had already left.  The evacuation order came yesterday.  Everyone leaving yesterday had to travel south to Kamloops as the highway between Williams Lake and Quesnel was closed in both directions.  Part of the way to Kamloops was opened specifically for the evacuees.
