Ordered it from QVC. Came with 2 bands, black and I chose blue for the 2nd one. It was a Today Special Value for QVC .....oh I need to STOP watching that channel...anyway, the story was buy this, when you get it it will take you 5 minutes to get it up and all set.
I've been doing this for almost 2 hours now and it still isn't ready. <sigh>

I bought a fit-bit type from Walgreens and discovered I didn't have enough strength in my hand to get the band snapped together. It had the 'buttons' that snapped through holes on the band and I couldn't do it.
I've been looking for another one that has a more user friendly clasp ...... as in senior wearer.

I've got the Fitbit Zip, so I can just throw it in my pocket, & go.  I like it, because when you know how many steps you're walking, you DO make an extra effort to get more in. |

I finally finished doing all the techie stuff and it seems to be working fine. Even got the iPhone and iPad synced so I can see status on both of them. I've been really watching what I've been eating the the last couple of weeks and discovered this morning 3 pounds have disappeared.
