Anyone ever had this? I started making my own a couple years ago, and its absolutely amazing! It's about as un-healthy as a food can be and you should have a defibrillator on hand, but dayuummnnn is it good! Slice some potatos really thin, along with some 1/2" 'chunks', and deep fry them 'til theyre like potato chips. Let cool completely in the fridge, then add mayo, salt, pepper, grated onion & carrot, a little sweet relish, and some fresh dill. WOW! Thank me later!
