I am packing on the weight, Dang, not so much pounds but my waist.
I wonder if it has to do with the Parathyroid surgery.
I get lots of exercise, fitbit is almost always over 10000 steps, always carrying something heavy,
Last Wednesday it said 11 floors, 24321 steps 4523 cals,
Thursday was not as good, 8 floor, 15040 steps 3400 cals,
most of my days look like that, I am even eating my wife's yogurt, coming home at lunch for a sandwich, instead of a burger.
Full dinner. sigh!

I'm sure your doctor will be keeping track of your weight, OldCoyote. Just do your best to follow his/her instructions and always mention anything that's troubling you when you go for an appointment. |
