Here one way to get even for Old Coyotes telling OFF COLOR nurse joke in Pre-Op. Urinary Cauterization,,, It must have not worked well, first thing after I woke up I needed a bottle, When I started the flow, it felt like someone had used a red hot rod on me, I am still a little sore there this morning!! No, I didn't tell any nurse jokes.  LOL! Never worry about telling nurse jokes. We've heard 'em all!  Not unusual to have some discomfort after urinary catheterization. It usually disappears pretty quickly. Thing is, we can't have you lying in a puddle of pee during surgery! It's a shock risk! Hope you're feeling better now and back to your ornery self! Oh thank god for making clear it was catheritization not CAUTERIZATION. I was thinking "what in god's name?!?!?" |

Thing is, we can't have you lying in a puddle of pee during surgery! It's a shock risk! Hope you're feeling better now and back to your ornery self! Still your fault, I'm afraid.  "Urinary catheterization" is redundant 1. If you'd said "Cauterization must have not worked well...", we'd more easily have picked up on the typo. The specifier "urinary" implies the following word doesn't stand alone as the name of a medical procedure, which is consistent with cauterization and inconsistent with catheterization. Ergo you're still on the hook for Pants' and my traumatic experiences. 1 "catheterization" might refer to cardiac catheterization in specialized contexts, but obviously not here |

Went back to the surgeon on Friday, He said that they remove a massive tumor from my parathyroid, He said I will see immediate results from the surgery!!! He didn't specify what. Does this mean I will get my hair back? |

My kidneys' have been going downhill, We hit 22% four months ago. My endocrinologist made a call to check the Para thyroid, I was losing calcium and was short on vitamin D. nothing major. Dr. appointment Thursday, kidney function was up at 27%! I texted the friend that is a Dr. told her the news!! She said that I escaped the noose again, I have more lives than a cat! Annnd she wonders why I don't use her practice. |
