Spicer gets  ambushed by an idiot who immediately jumps at the chance to post it and MSN picks it up to push the agenda of the left.

Question, are you allowed to video tape patrons in an Apple store without their permission?

Does Apple policy allow this to happen and  is proactive in this agenda?

I would assume you are allowed to videotape who ever you want as long as you are doing it on your own phone.  No photography/video is usually applied when it could result in you stealing copyrighted information.   Unless she was taking pictures of products to use to without permission I don't think there is a policy against recording in the store.

I thought I covered this in the original post. There was nothing to see here, and yet MSN thought it was necessary to tie up their bandwith up with.

I think that only applies if you are up against copyright laws like at an Art Museum, theater or the movies.  And in that case it's pretty much limited to I can't record the actors, movie or the paintings.  I can still take a selfie of myself as long as none of that is in the photo.  Even then I imagine it's only really enforced if I try to use it to get myself some free publicity or sell bootleg copies of the production/movie.

I do not think it applies to if I am in Best Buy and decide to bug the crap out of you.   It may make me an asshole but I am not doing anything wrong.

I am not going to assume there is some massive liberal agenda on the part of the media.  I think it's more MSN is expected to run 24 hours so you gotta find something to fill the time.   Which is why Britney Spears' mental breakdown years ago got 3 hour live coverage.  Nothing else going on.
