Ok. We have less than 24 hour to talk me out of going to Paris in October. There's a sale on tickets, I got flights from the west coast to Paris (and back) for $565. I had thought about going to Paris anyways.
I probably shouldn't be doing this, does anyone want to talk me out of it? It'll be just me most likely.

No I don't want to talk you out of it. October seems like a pretty reasonable time to visit.

Sorry, not going to be able to talk you out of it. I think October would be a great time to go. Jealous of that ticket price, especially from the west coast!

Paris sucks! They commercialized the city so bad that "relaxing" can't be used as a word anymore! Go some other city like Marseille, Bordeaux or just go visiting the country side. Unless of course you like big crowds when wanting to see something unique. Or you can go to Rome or London if you like that type of big city

Y'all aren't really helping me cancel this trip to save money.
I am currently planning on using Paris as a hub and possibly visiting Luxembourg and Ghent or another city in Belgium. And some countryside?
